That Presidential electoral tally is what Ron Brownstein is calling "The Big Blue Wall", and it's composed of the aggregate EV count of 18 states which have consistently voted Democratic through the past 5 election cycles.
Republicans get just 13 states, totaling 93 electoral votes.
