Jindal: When was the last time you were proud of Louisiana?

In yesterday's State of the State speech, Governor Bobby Jindal praised Louisiana's new ethics legislation by... unpraising his own state:

"We have gone from the 43rd worst to number one. When was the last time you saw a newspaper saying, 'Let's do what Louisiana has done?' "

In a way, it kind of fits with the whole raison d'etre for Bobby Jindal. Hop on over to his official Governor of Louisiana site, and you'll be met with the slogan:

"I'm asking you to once again believe in Louisiana."

Man, Girls Gone Wild sure did fuck that place up.
